“WORLD OCEAN DAY” CAMPAIGN WITH THE EPD HK

To support the Environmental Protection Department (EPD) campaign for the “World Ocean Day”, SLDLP organized a series of flash events in May and June. As usual, volunteers cleaned the selected beaches, recycled the PET bottles, and disposed of trash at the designated collection points.

At the end of this campaign and to thank SLDLP for its commitment since 2017, the Secretary for Environment, Mr Wong Kam Sing has awarded the team “Outstanding Clean Shorelines hero”.
