On September 15th 2018, 294 volunteers showed up to clean the shores of Hong-Kong, and support ocean protection. Together, our small efforts will have a big impact.

Sous les Dechets la Plage is not a simple beach cleaning, but an action that targets plastic waste with work downstream (recycling plastic recovered on the beach).

The event, sponsored by the Consulate General of France in Hong Kong and Macau, aimed to raise awareness on marine pollution linked to plastic.

Plastic collected was then locally recycled by two HK companies called V Cycle and Chungsing 環保進城 – 隽成.
